Shipping Rates
VIP Party Express uses services of the United States Postal Services (USPS), and the United Parcel Service (UPS).
Standard Delivery
U.S., Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and Saipan
We will process your order and deliver your package within 10 business days.
Processing of orders occurs during business days only, Monday thru Friday. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed the next business day. No Saturday or Sunday delivery is available.

Add $ 6.99 to the standard shipping & handling charges. Allow 4 business days fro processing and delivery.
2 Day Delivery
Add $ 12.99 to the standard shipping & handling charges. Allow 3 business days for processing and delivery.
Overnight Delivery
Add $ 17.95 to the standard shipping & handling charges. Allow 2 business days for processing and delivery.
For P.O. addresses, we offer US Priority Mail, with the option of expediting order processing. We do not ship express to APO/FPO addresses. They are handled by the US Military, and these orders will ship US Priority Mail only.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries around the world via UPS International. The estimated time of delivery to an international location is no less than 15 days. Due to customs issues in some countries, it might take longer than 15 days for your package to reach its destination. All customs and import duties are charged on the customer once the package reaches the destination country. A physical address is required for all international deliveries. If a customer refuses to accept a shipment due to customs and import duties, we will not refund the merchandise purchase price. Customers should contact their local customs office for details on customs times, and possible delays.

Backordered & Out of Stock Items
Occasionally we have out of stock or backordered items. We do not ship partial shipments to international destinations. We’ll attempt to contact you within 72 hours of receiving the order regarding any items that are out of stock or backordered. If we do not hear from you, we will substitute with a similar item from our warehouse, or credit you for the item.

Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be happy with the purchases you make at VIP Party Express. If you need to return an item please follow the instructions listed below.
- Make sure to include completed return form with your return.
- All returns must be sent prepaid; no collect shipments will be accepted.
- We strongly suggest you ship your return using a carrier that provides a package tracking number such as: Fedex, UPS, or US Mail.
- Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
- We will accept returns up to 30 days from the order date.
- All items must be unopened in their original condition.
- If you receive a credit card refund, please allow up to two billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement.
